Understanding Your Needs

Before a project begins, our team works with you to understand the project details, current process, and needs/wants of your workforce to build out a scope that aligns with the project goals.



Once a project has been kicked off internally our Project Management Team begins planning out the best plan of action and communication for a smooth project execution. Our Project Management Team follows a well-documented project execution process adopted by the Control System Integrators Association as part of their best practices blended with our own knowledge on how best to serve our customers. Project Managers are experienced and knowledgeable, many of them hold PE and PMP certifications. 

Custom Integrations

Integrating ERP and other software platforms with your MES and recipe management software is advantageous for providing full visibility of your plant and to easily allow the plant floor to communicate with business operations. Our Digital Solutions Team works with plants to fully integrate their systems and increase plant visibility.
