Michael Bosworth
Founder & CEO
Mike Bosworth is a founder and Chief Executive Officer of NorthWind. He directs business development and maintains strategic relationships, leading the company he established in 1997. Mike has more than 30 years of experience in the process automation industry. Prior to founding NorthWind, he spent 13 years at MAC Equipment where he ultimately served as Vice President of Engineering. Mike is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering, and is a licensed professional engineer.
Marlene Bosworth
Founder
Marlene Bosworth is a founder and member of NorthWind's ownership team. A graduate of South Dakota State University, she holds a B.S. in Park Management and an M.S. in Biology. Marlene brings extensive expertise in conservation and watershed management, complemented by a strong foundation in economics and business management. She is a trained National Business Institute alumna and a CSIA member. Since founding NorthWind in 1997, she has been an integral part of the organization's growth and leadership.
Matt Lueger
Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Matt Lueger is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at NorthWind. He oversees project sales, marketing, and service accounts, playing a key role in driving the company's growth and client relationships. Prior to joining NorthWind, Matt spent five years at Johnson Controls where he served as an Account Executive in building automation. Matt is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
Matt Bosworth
Chief Operating Officer
Matt Bosworth is the Chief Operating Officer of NorthWind. He works closely with department heads and supervisors to support employees in achieving the company's strategic goals. Prior to assuming the COO role, Matt served as Vice President of Manufacturing, overseeing control panel production, procurement, and logistics. Matt's connection with NorthWind runs deep — he began building control panels in the panel shop during his adolescent years before officially joining the team in 2014 as a Control Panel Technician. Matt is a 2012 graduate of Kansas State University with a B.S. in Wildlife Biology and a minor in Business.
