Mike Bosworth serves as President of NorthWind. He directs business development and maintains strategic relationships. Mike has more than 30 years of experience in the process automation industry. Prior to starting NorthWind in 1997, Mike spent 13 years at MAC Equipment where he ultimately served as Vice President of Engineering. Mike is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Engineering, and is a licensed professional engineer.
Marlene Bosworth is Vice President of NorthWind and is in charge of Financial Management and Human Resource activities. She is part owner of the company, has received training from the National Business Institute and is also a CSIA member. Marlene received her B.S. in Park Management and has an M.S. in Biology from South Dakota State University. She has extensive work experience in conservation and watershed management as well as a background in economics and business management. She has been with NorthWind since established in 1997.
Matt Lueger is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at NorthWind. He oversees project sales, marketing, and service accounts. Prior to coming to NorthWind, Matt spent five years at Johnson Controls as an Account Executive in building automation. Matt is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Matt Bosworth is the Vice President of Manufacturing at NorthWind. He oversees purchasing, fabrication, scheduling, and shipping of electrical control panels and supervision of all control shop personnel. Matt has a long history of involvement with NorthWind as he has been building control panels and helping in other ways in the panel shop since his adolescent years. Matt is a 2012 graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Wildlife Biology and a minor in Business. He joined the NorthWind team full time as a Control Panel Technician in 2014. His years of panel fabrication experience allowed him to quickly advance to the management position he holds today.
